Not sure where to start?
Ask the Police is a useful website that covers a wide range of topics and can guide you to the right service for your issue.

For local issues like parking, litter, graffiti, or landscaping problems:
Herefordshire Council has an easy-to-use online reporting system that can help with all sorts of community concerns.

Environmental concerns:
This includes things like noise complaints, pest control, animal welfare, and more. You can report these through Herefordshire Council’s Environmental Health team.

Abandoned vehicles:
These can be reported via the DVLA or through your local council. (Contact the Police if the vehicle is blocking the road.)

🚨 Emergencies:
